  I had a positive experience with target roselands. I went in to ask about sum stock. and the person on the front desk was so helpful. she chased up the items I was after... and had them waiting for me at the front desk. my ankle was broken and I was hobbling around.. so her extra help was appreciated.

  I have just had terrible customer service from Mary at your Roselands Target Store, and as a Regional Manager myself if I had any of my staff provide unhelpful service like this I would want to know.

  I understand it is late Sunday evening (30 mins before closing) I wanted to exchange an item but was told I couldn't exchange it because it was a lingere item. This I accepted. Therefore I asked for her help to find an item I could exchange it for, she calls over a young man??? to help me choose a bra?!? he then advised he didn't know either (this I was happy to hear to be honest) I then asked if I could change it for a different bra, and she then sighs and says 'well I could maybe try the Manager..' So I decided that I did not want to stay in this store any longer, so asked her if there was a Target in Chatswood where I will be working tomorrow, 'I don't know let me ask someone' so she shouts to a different guy in the store. He kindly replied yes, I then thanked him and left. This experience left me feeling Akward and Pi--ed Off! It is important that people like Mary understand that body language and tone of voice are just as important as the information your communicating to the customer. Also asking a young man (early 20's) to help another woman find a better fitting bra can make people like me feel Akward and Uncomfortable. Thirdly yelling a fair 5-7 metres across the store to someone else regarding a query I had, made me feel even more uncomfortable and I couldn't leave quick enough.
